Ioan decided that this was one of his favourite activities this Christmas. Finn enjoyed it so much that he decided to make some decorations for our neighbours.

  • Pipe cleaners
  • Beads

Method

Step 1: Display beads and pipe cleaners. Demonstrate how to thread the beads on to pipe cleaners.

Step 2: Encourage children to twist the pipe cleaners, either twisting them together for decoration or to make a loop to hang the decoration up.

Step 3: You can make this activity trickier by providing smaller beads to thread.

Extension

Finn wanted to make bracelets and a necklace for his King costume, as well as adding to his crown.
