Our alien family are still being played with daily. I loved watching Finn’s imaginative play evolve with this.

Method
First he decided that Mummy, Ioan and Finn were going to the park, while Daddy babysat Cian, who was having a nap. Daddy wasn’t allowed to put his headphones on incase he couldn’t hear Cian wake up.
He made a desk and laptop for Liam to do his work, and a cot for Cian. Next he made the park. It had a slide, fireman’s pole, wobbly bridge and stepping stones.
After about an hour playing with this set up, he decided they were going on a boat with the other Toy Story characters.
By the time he’d finished, the boat was much bigger and the ‘kitchen disco‘ had joined them on the boat.
