Thank you to Karen, one of our brilliant Rugby Tots coaches, for suggesting starting off with a balloon, rather than a rugby ball. The balloon falls more slowly, making it easier to practise doing a punt kick.

Ioan showed Finn how to take a step back with your kicking leg, then drop the balloon on to your foot.
They then had a go together.
